FAQ

Before departure

When should I be at the airport before my flight?

We recommend being at the airport approximately 2-3 hours before departure. Check-in desks usually close 30-40 minutes before scheduled departure. Please always check the time limits in your airline's conditions of carriage.

Note: In the event of a flight delay, the original check-in counter closing time will not change and will always refer to the original scheduled departure time.

What travel documents do I need to travel abroad?

For EU citizens, a valid ID card or passport is required. For travel outside the Schengen area, a passport is required.

For non-EU citizens, a valid passport and in some cases a visa is required, according to the rules of the country of destination.

For more information, we recommend visiting the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic.

Where can I find my flight information?

Current information about your flight can be found in the "Flight search" section of the airport website. Here you can easily search for your flight by flight number, date or destination.

Who can advise me if I am not sure about the conditions for travel (documents, visa, vaccinations)?

We recommend contacting the airline, travel agency or consulate of the country in question.
