Is it possible to reserve a parking space?
Parking space can be reserved in advance here. The parking capacity is sufficient.

There are 2000 parking spaces available at the airport. You can always park with us.
What if the parking lot is full to capacity?
In this case, we have a backup car park on the airport premises where our staff will direct you if necessary.
Are there reserved spaces in the car park if I have a parking voucher from a travel agency?
You can use any available parking space in the car park.
Is there any distinction between long term and short term parking?
Yes, short-term parking is available for 15 minutes directly in front of the arrival and departure halls. Other spaces are reserved for long-term parking. The car park price list reflects longer parking periods.
Is the parking lot secure?
The car park is not guarded, but it is fenced and the entrance and exit is secured by a barrier system.
When is the parking fee payable?
Pay the parking fee before leaving the car park. After paying the parking fee or redeeming your parking voucher, you will have 20 minutes to leave the car park.
Can I pay by card?
You can pay with payment cards at all payment machines and at the Customer Service Centre counter in the departure terminal.
Can I pay parking fees in foreign currency?
In cash only in Czech crowns or by credit card.
Where do I keep my parking ticket?
It is recommended to store the parking ticket in such a way as to prevent mechanical damage or deterioration due to sunlight. For this reason, do not leave the parking ticket outside the vehicle window
What if I lose my parking ticket?
Contact the Customer Service Centre desk in the departure lounge. The fee for losing a parking ticket is CZK 5,000.
What are the opening hours of the parking ticket counter?
We are available whenever scheduled or seasonal flights are in operation. Outside of these times, parking fees can be paid at parking meters.
Can I change the registration mark on my parking voucher?

Can I arrive with a different vehicle than the one I specified when booking?
You can, but the entry/exit barrier will not open automatically and you will need to scan the QR code or enter your PIN and confirm it with #.
I did not receive a parking voucher after booking.
After booking, you will receive a confirmation of payment and a parking card to the email provided. Sometimes emails are found in bulk mail or spam.
Is there a time tolerance for arrival/departure?
No, the times shown on the parking voucher are fixed and monitored by the system.
The flight was delayed and I can't leave on time.
