Assistance services at Brno Airport

Providing assistance to disabled passengers and passengers with reduced mobility

In accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1107/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the rights of disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility in air transport, LETIŠTĚ BRNO a.s. provides free assistance services to all passengers with reduced mobility.

General procedures:

  • Report your request for assistance to your airline or travel agency no later than 48 hours before your scheduled departure.
  • Request assistance on arrival at the airport by calling 545 521 600 or in person at the Passenger Check-in Manager's office (to the right of the check-in desks in the departure check-in building)
  • or send a request for assistance to handling@brno-airport.cz no later than 12 hours prior to departure
  • The assigned staff will provide assistance throughout the check-in period.

Service quality standard

The quality standard for assistance to passengers with disabilities and passengers with reduced mobility at Brno-Tuřany Airport is available in the office of the Head of Passenger Handling.

The passenger is obliged to ask for assistance at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure of his/her air carrier or travel agency from which the ticket was purchased.
