Safety Management System represents a proactive and systematic approach to operational safety issues. An integral part of it is the possibility to submit a voluntary report that can draw attention to a potential safety risk. Voluntary reports can be submitted by aircrews, airport staff or the airport user. The substance of the report is important; the completion of personal data is voluntary. Each voluntary report will be professionally assessed and any risk removed or reduced to an acceptable level of safety.
