Online parking reservation

When you arrive during the validity period of the reservation, the barrier at the entrance to the car park will open automatically after the camera reads the registration number of the car. Access is also possible by scanning a QR code or by entering a PIN - both will be sent to you after the reservation is completed.

If you leave the car park during the validity period of your reservation, the exit barrier will open automatically again. In case the barrier does not open automatically, you must attach the QR code on the voucher to the reader or enter your PIN and the barrier will open.

If the barrier does not open on entry or exit, it is possible to contact the car park attendant by phone via the entry/exit stand using the button with the phone pictogram.

For the purposes of online parking reservations, a calendar day starts at 00:00 and ends at 23:59. The time 00:00 is considered exclusively the beginning of a day and cannot be regarded as its end. Access to the car park is only possible during the valid reservation period.
