I. Introductory provisions

1. The company B.A.W.D.F. s.r.o., ID No.: 47914602, with registered office at Brno - Tuřany Airport 904/1, Tuřany, Brno (hereinafter referred to as "B.A.W.D.F." or "parking lot operator" or "ticket office operator" or "sublessor") operates public parking lots (hereinafter referred to as "parking spaces"), which are situated in front of the airport's apron buildings or in the airport premises / in the non-public part of the airport. Parking areas are used for parking motor vehicles of the travelling public and other persons. The parking areas are provided by B.A.W.D.F. for the purpose of parking a motor vehicle, in the form of subleasing individual spaces in these areas.
2. The operator of the international public airport Brno - Tuřany is the company LETIŠTĚ BRNO a.s. (hereinafter also "LB").
3. The Operating Regulations regulate the regime of the designated parking area, which is intended for parking of motor vehicles.Vehicles.
4. Each parking area is divided into individual stalls, in particular by marking on the surface with white stripes.

5. owner or driver of a motor vehicle (hereinafter referred to as "operator") that is parked on a parking lot, as defined in paragraph 2. of this Article, shall be obliged to enter into a sublease with the B.A.W.D.F..

II. Sublease relationship

1. The sublease relationship between B.A.W.D.F. and the Operator is implied for a definite period of time and commences as soon as the motor vehicle enters the parking area after retrieving a parking ticket from the self-service entrance rack.
2. The sublease relationship between B.A.W.D.F. and the operator ends (terminates) at the time of exitof the motor vehicle from the parking area after payment of the sublease price (sublease fee) at the cash desk located in the airport check-in building or at the payment machines.
3. The period of sublease for a fixed period may run continuously for passenger vehicles for a maximum of 30 days, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. The sublease period shall be divided into short-term parking use (1st-10th of each hour commenced) and long-term parking use (1st-30th of each day commenced).
4. The fee is calculated from the time the entry self-service meter issues the entry parking ticket authorizing the operator to park in the applicable stall, until the time the exit parking ticket - receipt for payment of the subrent is issued prior to exiting the stall. The entry parking ticket shall indicate, among other things, the date and time of entry and the exit parking ticket - receipt shall indicate the time and price of the sublease for parking the motor vehicle.
5. Proof of sublease for parking a vehicle in a parking area is:

   1. for the duration of the sublease, a parking ticket issued by a self-service entrance rack prior to the entry of a motor vehicle into the staging area.
   2. then, upon termination of the sublease, the exit parking ticket - a receipt that the operator of the motor vehicle will receive upon payment of the sublease fee prior to leaving the staging area.
6. In the event that a parking ticket or receipt is lost or damaged, the operator of the motor vehicle must contact the parking lot cashier who will issue a replacement parking ticket, but only if he/she proves that he/she is the operator of the motor vehicle and that he/she parked it in the staging area.
