Do you have a voucher from your travel agent for discounted parking?
Without QR code
A passenger who has received a voucher for discounted parking without a QR code from a travel agency is obliged to follow its instructions.

With QR code
On arrival
- At the entrance to the parking area, attach the voucher containing the QR code to the reading device of the entrance stand. This activates the parking cycle, the system records the vehicle's RZ (for identification purposes only on exit) and the vehicle is let into the car park by the barrier system.
- In the event that for some reason the barrier system fails to initialize, e.g., damage to the voucher in the location of the QR code and therefore the reader is unable to read the QR code, a six-digit PIN code is provided on the voucher. The PIN code can be entered at the entry stand using the numeric keypad and must be confirmed with a cross (#).
- In the event that a passenger who has a voucher from CK does not identify himself/herself in one of the above ways when entering the parking area and presses the button to print the parking ticket, he/she does not activate the voucher in his/her possession and is obliged to contact the Customer Service Centre counter immediately after parking the vehicle.
- The traveler shall park in any available designated parking space.
On departure
- Before leaving the car park it is necessary to check the details on the voucher (especially the day until which the voucher was issued). If the voucher has already expired, you must contact the Customer Service Desk.
- When exiting, the vehicle must stop briefly at the level of the exit rack, if the parking system recognizes the vehicle's RZ, it will automatically open the barrier.
- If the barrier does not open automatically, the QR code on the voucher must be attached to the reader and the barrier will open.
- In case the barrier is not opened by attaching the QR code to the reading device of the stand, it is necessary to enter the PIN, confirm it with a cross (#) and the barrier will open.
- If the barrier is not opened during entry or exit, it is possible to contact the parking lot attendant by phone via the entry/exit rack using the button with the phone pictogram.

Is it possible to reserve a parking space?
Parking space can be reserved in advance here. The parking capacity is sufficient.
Is the parking capacity sufficient?
There are 2,000 parking spaces available at the airport. You can always park with us.
What if the parking lot is full to capacity?
In such cases, we have a backup parking lot available on the airport premises, to which our staff will direct you if necessary.
Are there reserved spaces in the car park if I have a parking voucher from a travel agency?
You can use any available parking space in the parking lot.
Is there any distinction between long term and short term parking?
Yes, you can park directly in front of the arrivals and departures halls for up to 15 minutes. Other spaces are reserved for long-term parking. The parking price list takes longer parking periods into account.
Is the parking lot secure?
The parking lot is not guarded, but it is fenced and the entrance and exit are secured by a barrier system. The parking lot is under constant surveillance and airport staff conduct regular and random checks.

When is the parking fee payable?
Please pay for parking before leaving the parking lot. After paying for parking or using a parking voucher, you will have 20 minutes to leave the parking lot.
Can I pay by card?
You can pay by card at all payment machines and at the Customer Center counter in the departure terminal.
Can parking fees be paid in foreign currency?
Cash only in Czech crowns or credit card.
Where do I keep my parking ticket?
It is recommended that you store your parking ticket in such a way that it is not mechanically damaged or degraded by sunlight. For this reason, do not leave your parking ticket behind the vehicle window.
What if I lose my parking ticket?
Please contact the Customer Service desk in the departure hall. The fee for losing your parking ticket is CZK 5,000.
What are the opening hours of the parking ticket counter?
We are available whenever regular or seasonal flights are being handled. Outside these times, parking fees can be paid at parking machines.

After booking, you will receive a payment confirmation and parking card at the email address you provided. Sometimes emails end up in bulk mail or spam folders.
Is there a time tolerance for arrival/departure?
No, the times stated on the parking voucher are fixed and monitored by the system.
The flight was delayed and I can't leave on time.
