GA departure form

Based on the Regulation of the National Security Programme of the Czech Republic, each departing passenger entering the Security Restricted Area (SRA) is required to present a document specified in this Regulation (a valid boarding pass or equivalent document).

The attached BRQ General Aviation Departure Form contains all the information required by the legislation to identify general aviation passengers entering the SRA. To ensure a quick and smooth departure via BRQ GAT, we ask that you complete this form in advance.
