ASSISTANCE PROVIDED TO PASSENGERS WITH DISABILITIES AND PERSONS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY AND ORIENTATION

Pursuant to Regulation (EC) Nr. 1107/2006 of the European Parliament concerning the rights of disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility and orientation when travelling by air, the Brno Airport provides free assistance to passengers with reduced mobility.

Passengers are required to ask their airline or travel agency issuing the ticket for assistance no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure of their flight.

General procedures:

  • Notify your airline or travel agency no later than 48 hours before the scheduled flight departure of your request for assistance.
  • Request the assistance upon arrival at the airport by calling +420 545 521 600 or in person at the office of Operations Manager (to the right of check-in desks in the departure hall).
  • Or send a request for assistance no later than 12 hours prior to departure to the following email address:

  • Assigned staff will provide assistance throughout the whole process.
